Kartra Vs Infusionsoft

Today I’m going to go over the battle of Kartra vs Infusionsoft…

And here’s what I’m going to be overall covering:

  • The pricing and overall costs.
  • Many of the great features and benefits.
  • And of course my recommendation for you.

I also have a HUGE bonus package for the software I feel is better (which you can see here).

So thanks for stopping by…

And let’s get right down into the swing of things.

Kartra Vs Infusionsoft

Let’s start off with talking about Infusionsoft first…

And more specifically the Infusionsoft pricing.

In fact.

Infusionsoft seems to have gone through a lot of changes recently.

Perhaps it’s because of the competitors and competition doing big things…

Or perhaps they are just always testing new things.

Here is a ballpark average of a few of the Infusionsoft pricing plans.

(I say ballpark because you can always add more to each plan)

  • Up to 500 contacts starts at $50 a month.
  • Up to 1,500 contacts starts at $65 a month.
  • Up to 2,500 contacts starts at $90 a month.
  • Up to 5,000 contacts starts at $115 a month.
  • Up to 10,000 contacts starts at $150 a month.
  • Up to 25,000 contacts starts at $175 a month.
  • Up to 50,000 contacts starts at $190 a month.

There’s actually much more to it than that.

These packages come with:

  • 1 user account.
  • Unlimited emails.
  • Contact management.
  • Marketing automation.

And you can also add in these functions (if you want to invest more monthly):

  • eCommerce.
  • Sales pipeline.

And then of course is the somewhat fine-print.

Most of these plans come with 50% off for 3 months…

But it is required that you get a 12 month contract.

And last but not least?

There’s a one time fee of $299 for new user training (which isn’t included in the monthly quote)…

But there’s at least a silver lining to that.

It used to be $1,999 but it’s now $299 (which is a helluva difference).

In my opinion.

The Infusionsoft pricing can be pretty confusing.

Let’s move onto with what comes along with Infusionsoft.

Inusionsoft Features

I talked a little bit about what comes with each Inusionsoft pricing plans…

And there’s definitely more where those came from.

Start with (drum roll please).

  • Infusionsoft CRM

In case you weren’t aware of it…

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management.

Infusionsoft’s CRM allows you to:

  • Collect important data about your leads.
  • Organize your contacts (to help save you time).
  • Upload, manage, and store info like name, email, address, etc.

In case you’re more of a visual person (like me)…

I put a Infusionsoft CRM overview demo video down below you can check out:

Alright let’s move onto the next feature.

  • Infusionsoft Marketing Automation

Because automation is music to almost any marketer’s ears 😛

Along with this comes Infusionsoft’s Campaign Builder…

Which is a drag and drop editor that allows you to do some seriously advanced stuff.

Thankfully enough…

Infusionsoft offers ready made campaign templates in their marketplace.

That will certainly save you a ton of time an effort.

Then of course are the…

  • Infusionsoft Statistics and Reports

If you’re a statistical wizard like me…

Then you are really going to dig this aspect.

This all about doing cool things like:

  • Tracking your open rates, click through rates, and conversions.
  • Measuring and evaluating the performance of landing pages.
  • Monitoring your campaigns in real time (kind of like stocks) 😛
  • And of course being able to tweak things in order to maximize your ROI.

Let’s shine the spotlight on more major feature.

  • Infusionsoft Landing Page Builder

Because this is an important factor when it comes to Kartra vs Infusionsoft.

So yes.

It does come equipped with a nice drag and drop builder (to make your life easier)…

And there’s also many specific templates to help you speed up the process.

Curious to see this bad boy in action?

Be sure to check out the video down below for the Infusionsoft Landing Page Builder demo.

Pretty cool right?

Infusionsoft has many more features than what I mentioned…

But I want to be able to save some room to compare to Kartra 😛

So if you would like some more information about the Kartra features and cost…

Alrighty then.

Let’s continue on with the battle of Infusionsoft vs Kartra.

Kartra Vs Infusionsoft Part 2

Now we can shine a little light on the important aspects of Kartra.

First and foremost I’ll be covering the 3 main pricing plans (there’s 6 total):

Alright moving on now.

Kartra Features

Now when it comes to the Kartra vs Infusionsoft battle?

The features is what make it a crazy one.

So allow me to highlight some of the great features that come with Kartra.

  • Kartra Funnels and Campaigns

There is certainly something that you can compare to Infusionsoft’s marketing automation.

Kartra Vs Infusionsoft

Here’s what the funnels and campaigns can help you do (using their drag and drop tool):

  • You can send emails and SMS.
  • Add or remove tags (based on what you want).
  • Have someone subscribe or unsubscribe to specific lists.
  • Add or remove a contact from a sequence (and move to another).
  • And of course you wait a specific amount of time in between actions.

I’ll put a video down below if you want to see a great Kartra campaigns overview:

Onto the next Kartra feature.

  • Kartra Analytics

Yet another feature that you can match up with Infusionsoft.

At first glance it doesn’t seem like their analytics section is all that powerful…

But you get the numbers of many different aspects.

  • Emails, opens, clicks, and conversions? You can track them.
  • How are you marketing pages doing? You can certainly find out.
  • Those automations and sequences you created? You can the details there.
  • All of the split tests that you run? Of course you can get the stats there too.
  • And there’s a ton more where that came from.

Once again I’ll put a video down below if you want to see a fast overview of the analytics:

And let’s look at one more cool Kartra feature.

  • Kartra Affiliate Management

I mean this site is mostly about assisting affiliates right?

So yeah I might be a little biased here 😛

But having the ability to create an army of affiliates to promote your products…

Just simply can’t be underestimated.

Here’s a few cool perks of having your very own affiliate program:

  • You can set how and when affiliates get paid.
  • Add in questionnaires and terms before someone gets approved.
  • You can set commissions globally, by product, and affiliate type.
  • Easily check out and approve affiliates who sign up to promote your offers.
  • You can build beautiful custom landing pages for specific affiliates to use.

And many more features.

I’ll put a video down below so you can check out Kartra’s Affiliate Management:

And like I said previously…

Kartra has a ton more features than what is mentioned.

So if you would to read up more about everything that Kartra does?

Don’t forget that they come with a 14 day $1 trial.

Alrighty then.

So let’s finish up this Kartra vs Infusionsoft battle and see who wins.

Kartra Vs Infusionsoft: Who Wins?

Now that we’ve gone over the the pricing and features of each…

Let’s pick a winner.

And in my opinion the winner would be:

And this doesn’t mean that Infusionsoft is bad.

Not whatsoever!

Here are the reasons I would recommend Kartra over Infusionsoft:

  • It’s overall simpler to use (more newbie friendly).
  • The pricing plans are much more reasonable (compared to what you get).
  • You don’t have to pay a $299 for new user training (which I think is crazy).

After all.

Infusionsoft is often referred to as Confusionsoft for a reason…

And you might have noticed that just by checking out their pricing.

Or you can click the big testimonial down below to achieve the same result.
